    Shipping Policy

    Free shipping on orders over $75 or $6 flat-rate shipping. Please allow up to 72 business hours for shipment processing. Most orders are received within 5 to 10 business days of when you placed your order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or email.

     

    Pre-stock orders

    Pre-stock orders are bought directly from the supplier when your order is placed. Please allow an additional 5 to 10 days to shipment processing. Our shipping and processing cost cover processing your order, handling, packing the products you purchased, and delivering them to you. Pre-stock orders shipped from our suppliers may reach us within 1 to 2 weeks. Regular items ordered with pre-stock items might arrive to you in different boxes.  Total turnaround could be up to 30 days.

     

    Return Policy

    If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) in its original packaging within 7 days of the received date, which is marked by tracked shipping. We want all our customers to be happy with their product. If there is something wrong with the product whether incorrect, defective or with damages not noted, please contact our customer service immediately. All sale or final sale products are nonrefundable. Please read all the conditions and descriptions before you purchase products. We will not accept returns for failure to review details. All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and with all tags, labels still attached.  Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund. Refunds are conditional upon inspection of products once we receive it. Customers must pay for returned shipping and this must also be arranged by you. We will pay for returned shipping if a product is received incorrectly, defective, or with damages not noted.  Products are your responsibility until they reach us.  Please ensure you pack the return item(s) safely to prevent any damage to the product or box. We recommend you send it with tracked shipment. We are not responsible for lost product(s).
     

    How to return a product

    Please fill out our contact form with your name, address, email and phone number. It is important that you include a detailed description of the problem if necessary. Remember to include your order number. We will get back to you within 24 business hours. When we receive your returned items, we will process your refund for the cost of the items minus original shipping cost within 5 business days. Your refund will be issued the same way you originally paid. Credit card and debit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between card companies, and unfortunately we are unable to influence time frames.
     

    Canceling/Changing Your Order

    Hadmidow begins processing your order soon after you submit it. During processing time it is possible to cancel your order, however once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you feel you’ve made an error, please contact us immediately.

    CANCELS AND CHANGES TO PRE-STOCK ORDERS

    Pre-stock customers have 24-hours from the time pre-stock orders are placed to cancel, or fees apply. However, once the order is shipped from suppliers or us, it cannot be canceled. When pre-stock purchases are canceled after 24-hours a $10 processing fee is applied. If you feel you’ve made an error, please contact us immediately.
